Most of this was buried in an FAQ on the old site. It is the reason people become customers, so it belongs on the front page.
How contract work runsBlind-label shipping
Orders ship under your company name and return address. Your customer never sees a subcontractor. Set it once on your account and it holds.
Send your own goods
Ship blanks in, or have your supplier drop-ship to our dock. We count them in and report shortages the day they land.
Sew-out before production
Every new design is stitched on matching fabric and approved before a single production piece is hooped.
ASI-member discounts
We extend ASI-member pricing to distributors who carry a number, even though we are not ASI members ourselves.
Bring your own digitised file
Own a DST or EMB already? Send it. We will run it — and tell you first if we can see it is going to give you trouble.
Wholesale pricing
Never published. It goes to approved trade accounts through the portal.
