Personalisation is per-piece work: every item carries different text, so every item is a separate setup. We have been doing it since 1984, from dress shirt cuffs through wedding towels, and the discipline that makes it work at volume is a clean name list and a fixed layout.

What it is
- Individual names, initials, numbers or titles applied to each piece.
- Run over a stored logo or on its own.
- Classic monogram styles, block and script lettering, and matching to an existing programme.
- Priced and scheduled differently from a logo run, because each piece is its own job.
What we do differently
Name lists handled properly
Send a spreadsheet with one row per piece and the exact text as it should sew, including capitalisation and punctuation. We proof it back to you before anything is hooped.
Layout locked once
Font, size, placement and thread colour are agreed on a sew-out, then held across the whole list so the fiftieth piece matches the first.
Mixed programmes
Logo left chest, name on the opposite side or the sleeve, in one pass through the shop rather than two invoices.

Artwork we can work from
A spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) for name lists; AI/EPS/PDF for any accompanying logo
- One row per piece. Include size and colour if the pieces differ.
- Type the text exactly as it should sew — we do not correct capitalisation on your behalf.
- Traditional three-letter monograms set the surname initial larger in the centre. Tell us if you want a different convention.

Questions we get
- Can you match the font on garments we already have?
- Usually. Send a sample piece or a clear photograph and we will match the style, or tell you honestly if the original used a font we cannot reproduce closely.
- How should the name list be formatted?
- One row per garment, with the exact text, plus size and colour when they vary. A single tab in a spreadsheet is easier to work from than a PDF or an email thread.
