Contract Embroidery

Multi-head production on your goods or ours, shipped under your name.

Contract embroidery is the core of the shop. Distributors, uniform suppliers, screen printers and other embroiderers send us garments, bags and caps — or have blanks drop-shipped to us — and we run the decoration, inspect it and ship it out. Most weeks the majority of what leaves this building carries somebody else’s label.

What it is

  • Production embroidery on garments, bags, caps and customer-supplied goods.
  • Run on multi-head equipment, so a 300-piece order is not 300 separate hoopings on a single head.
  • Every new design is sewn out on matching fabric and approved before the run starts.
  • Blind-label shipping is standard on request: your name, your return address, no Alphabet paperwork in the box.

What we do differently

  • Sew-out before production

We stitch a swatch on the same fabric you are running and send it for approval before a single production piece is hooped. Density, pull compensation and thread selection get corrected on the swatch, not on your goods.

  • Your goods are welcome

Send your own blanks, have your supplier ship them here, or ask us to source. We count in, inspect for mill defects before decoration, and report shortages the day they land rather than at invoice time.

  • Blind shipping as a default, not a favour

Set it once on your account and every order ships under your name and return address. Your customer never sees a subcontractor.

  • One shop, one set of hands

Digitising, embroidery, tackle twill and finishing all happen in this building. Nothing gets brokered out to a shop you have not vetted, and the person who digitised the file is down the hall from the machine running it.

Typical applications

  • Corporate apparel programmes and uniform rollouts
  • Promotional-products orders sourced through distributors
  • Overflow and capacity work for other embroidery shops
  • Team and league apparel through sporting goods stores
  • Police, fire, municipal and military garments
  • Upscale retail private-label decoration

Materials and substrates

  • Knit and woven shirts, polos, oxfords, twill workwear
  • Fleece, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets and softshells
  • Structured and unstructured caps, beanies, visors
  • Tote bags, duffels, backpacks and cases
  • Towels, robes, blankets and other home textiles
  • Performance and moisture-wicking knits
  • Leather, canvas and heavyweight outerwear — send a sample first

Artwork we can work from

AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG — or a finished DST/EMB if you already have one

  • Vector artwork digitises cleanest. A 300 dpi raster at final size is workable.
  • Tell us the finished sewn width; stitch counts follow size, not the other way round.
  • If you already own a digitised file, send it. We will run it, and flag anything that will not sew well before we do.

The artwork guide covers stitch counts, placements, backings and what does not translate to thread.

Questions we get

Can I send my own garments?
Yes. Customer-supplied goods are routine here. Ship them in with your order paperwork, or have your blanks supplier send them directly to our Xenia dock.
Will my customer know you decorated the order?
Not unless you want them to. Blind-label shipping puts your company name and return address on the carton and the packing list.
Do you run caps and flats on the same order?
Yes, though caps are digitised differently from flat goods. A logo that sews well on a left chest usually needs a separate cap version, and we will tell you when that is the case.
