What we do with your information.
Short version: we keep what you send us so we can quote and produce your work, and we do not sell it or share it outside the shop.
This site is operated by Alphabet® Embroidery Studios, 1291 Bellbrook Avenue, Xenia, Ohio 45385-4015.
What we collect
- Form submissions. Quote requests, trade account applications and contact messages: the details you type, plus the time, your IP address and browser user-agent string. The IP and user-agent are kept to identify automated abuse.
- Artwork and documents. Files you upload with a quote request or a trade application are stored so we can produce your work and reproduce it on reorder.
- Trade portal accounts. If your company holds an approved account, we store the name, email address and profile image supplied by Google when you sign in, together with the account you belong to.
- Analytics. Aggregate page-view and performance measurements through Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
What we do with it
- Quote, schedule and produce your work, and contact you about it.
- Store your artwork under a design number so reorders match.
- Decide on trade account applications.
- Understand which pages of the site are useful.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the service providers below.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel — website hosting, file storage and analytics
- Neon — the database this site writes to
- Resend — transactional email
- Google — sign-in for the trade portal, and Google Analytics
How long we keep it
Quote requests, applications and messages are kept as business records. Artwork is kept for as long as your account is active so reorders can be produced from the same file. Ask us to delete a design and we will.
Your artwork stays yours
Files you send us are yours. We do not use customer artwork in our own marketing without asking, and work appears in the gallery on this site only with the customer’s permission.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie when you sign in to the trade portal. Analytics may set measurement cookies. Nothing here is used for advertising.
